Hi, I’m Ashley — a mom raising five kids in the beautiful mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. Ever Risen Bakery was born out of a deep desire to keep my children in their childhood home, create meaningful memories together, and serve the community that has held us through so many seasons of life.

Some of my favorite moments are spent in the kitchen with my kids, with the smell of chocolate chip cookies filling our home. Baking has always been our love language — a way to slow down, connect, and bring a bit of comfort into the world.

For years, I’ve shared my classic chocolate chip cookies with our mountain community. Whether it’s celebrating a friend welcoming a new baby, comforting an elderly neighbor fighting sickness, or welcoming a new family to the neighborhood, this recipe has become a symbol of warmth, encouragement, and togetherness.
